Sometimes you need to clear your browser cache.
Follow the instructions below
Instructions for clearing your browser's internet cache:
Internet Explorer | Firefox
Clearing the internet cache in Internet Explorer:
| Step 1: Select "Internet Options" in the "Tools" menu |

| Step 2: Click the "Delete Files" button |
 |
| Step 3: Check the "Delete all offline content" checkbox and click "OK" |
 |
| Step 4: Click "OK" |

Clearing the internet cache in Firefox:
| Step 1: Select "Options..." in the "Tools" menu |
 |
| Step 2: Select the "Privacy" tab and click "Settings..." |
 |
| Step 3: Make sure the "Cache" checkbox is checked and click "OK" |
